Storage Condition
After harvesting, strawberries are quickly frozen using the IQF technique, which ensures each fruit is frozen individually at a high speed, preserving its flavor, texture, and nutritional value. Once frozen, the strawberries are stored at a temperature of -18°C to maintain their quality for an extended period.
